
To ensure the safety of all children, we ask that parents hand their child directly to a staff member at drop-off and pick-up. Please bring your child to the classroom or playground for both drop-off and pick-up. For the safety and accountability of every child, signing in and out is required, with a $1 fee for any missed sign-ins or sign-outs. To fully participate in our curriculum, children need to arrive by 9:00 AM.
Late pick-ups will incur a fee of $5 per minute.
Families become eligible for one week of vacation time with tuition waived after completing twelve consecutive months of enrollment. We kindly ask that a minimum of two weeks’ notice be provided when scheduling vacation time or requesting any changes to services.
After three weeks of absence, a re-registration fee of $75 will apply. A two-week notice is also requested if you wish to withdraw from the program.

To enroll in our childcare program, each child must provide a completed health statement (yellow form) and a current immunization record (blue card) within 30 days of starting. If these documents are not submitted within the required timeframe, the child will not be able to attend until the records are received.
